This syndication is in a luxury unit that has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite). There are 10 members in a CC and work on a rotating roster, with roughly 5 weeks each per year. The roster moves on two weeks each year, but each member gets at least one week in school holidays. So basically you have a week every ten weeks, but this gets broken up a bit due to the school holiday requirements. Weeks run from Sunday night through Saturday night, meaning check-in Sunday 15h00 pm and check-out on the following Sunday before 10:00 am. A There is a levy of R500.00 per month which covers the resort and insurance policies. 

There are 13 houses in the resort plus a few permanent tents, and a restaurant with a swimming pool. The resort is situated around the point away from Ponta main beach, on the SA side. This gives access to a very quiet beach, but the hustle of Ponta is 10/15 minutes’ walk along the beach, or 5 minutes by car if you are looking for some action.
